Acting as a liaison between field and regional managers, the consultant created multiple databases, tracked and maintained accounts, and supported and supervised staff. National accounts, as they multiplied across the country, were monitored and courted for business. Data on existing service, pricing, local service agreements and other variables needed to make business attractive to potential clients was analyzed and used successfully to win service contracts. The NAS Project was so successful that is was extended into an ongoing engagement. A Beaird Group consultant continues to offer NAS services on an as-needed basis allowing the client to handle peaks and valleys with quality results. |
